The menu at Le Gandhi is a celebration of Indian cuisine, offering a wide range of options that cater to all tastes. For those who enjoy bold, spicy dishes, the menu features classic favorites like chicken tikka masala and lamb rogan josh. But there’s also something for those who prefer a milder palate, with dishes such as vegetable korma and butter chicken, offering a delicate balance of flavors. A personal highlight is their naan bread, freshly baked and soft, the perfect accompaniment to any dish.

One of the things that make Le Gandhi truly special is its dedication to using high-quality ingredients. The spices used in each dish are carefully chosen to ensure that every bite is full of flavor, yet not overwhelming. It's evident that the chefs pay close attention to the authenticity of the food, staying true to traditional Indian cooking methods while adding their own unique touch.

A recent visit to Le Gandhi left me particularly impressed with their lunch specials. The prix-fixe options are an excellent way to experience a variety of dishes without breaking the bank. I opted for a combination plate, which included a flavorful chicken curry, some tender basmati rice, and a side of freshly made raita. Each item complemented the others beautifully, making for a well-rounded, satisfying meal. The portion sizes were generous, and I found myself savoring each bite, wanting to take my time with the meal.

The atmosphere at Le Gandhi adds to the overall experience. The restaurant is cozy, with tasteful decor that nods to Indian heritage without feeling too overdone. The staff are friendly and attentive, offering recommendations when asked and ensuring that guests feel comfortable throughout their dining experience. Le Gandhi’s reputation in the area is built not just on its food, but also on its consistency. Reviews consistently mention the warm service, delicious meals, and the overall inviting atmosphere. The restaurant has earned a loyal following, with many customers returning time and time again for the authentic Indian dishes it serves. Locals often speak highly of the chef’s special dishes, which rotate regularly, ensuring that there’s always something new to try.

Another feature worth mentioning is the attention to detail in how Le Gandhi handles special dietary requirements. Whether you're vegan, vegetarian, or have allergies, the restaurant is accommodating and offers plenty of options to suit different needs. The menu is clearly marked, making it easy to navigate and find something suitable for everyone at the table.

Based on Google reviews, we decided to have a takeaway. We ordered aloo samosa, cheese naan rice with aloo mattar curry, chicken biryani and chicken butter masala. All the food items tasted really good. The owner was polite and helped us make some choices. Overall, it was a good experience.
